Bobby Shmurda just got more prison time for trying to sneak in a knife
What were you thinking man? The rapper haD a little more than five years left on his sentence before this new trouble. Brooklyn rapper, Bobby Shmurda has just earned himself more time in prison while serving a seven-year sentence for conspiracy and weapons charges. This is after accepting a plea deal in a Bronx court recently. According to Bossip , The ‘Hot Nigga’ rapper’s pleaded guilty to promoting prison contraband after he was caught trying to sneak a shank (prison made knife) into Rikers Island back in 2015 . What were you thinking man? The report also says that Shmurda told a Bronx Supreme Court Judge that he did try to sneak in a sharp metal object, which was passed to Shumrda by his friend Kimberly during a visit. Kimberly was also charged with promoting prison contraband, which is a non-violent felony. It remains unknown how much extra time Shmurda will have to serve for the violation though.
